I am taking over Tax, Super + You classes from a Teacher who has left the school. They did not provide me with their username or password. What do I need to do to access those classes?
To gain access to those classes, you will need to either:
- ask your School Administrator to email the ATO with the following details:
- School Administrator’s name
- name of school
- outgoing Teacher’s full name
- your full name, and
- your email address
- email the ATO Help Desk yourself and provide these details:
- School Administrator’s name
- name of school
- outgoing Teacher’s full name
- your full name, and
- your email address
The ATO Help Desk will update the outgoing Teacher’s user profile with your details, and either reply to the School Administrator or you via email to provide your username and password. You will then have access to the outgoing Teacher’s Tax, Super + You class/es.
